Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I see "No data available" for some metrics?
Either the dataset hasn't synced yet (check Data Pipeline Health in admin), or the selected program/site doesn't track that metric.
How fresh is the data?
Most Andes datasets refresh hourly or daily. Each data point shows its vintage. If data is >24h stale, it's flagged automatically.
Can I trust the AI agent's answers?
The agent only reports data it finds in connected sources. It labels confidence (HIGH/MODERATE/LOW) and always cites sources. If it says "DATA GAP," that metric genuinely isn't available.
How is the readiness score calculated?
Composite of dimension scores (each rated 1-5 by respondents), normalized to 0-100. Weights configurable per program in admin settings.
What happens when I generate a report?
The AI agent queries real-time data, applies the report template, generates the document in your chosen format, and saves it to the Report Library.
